It includes the console, plus 5 standalone games: Spider-Man: Friend or Foe, Crash of the Titans, Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, Soulcalibur Legends, and The Golden Compass. Individually, these would cost you $470. It’s not a bad deal if you want a Wii now and actually want all 5 of those games.
