My wife’s been using this game in her work out sessions – My Fitness Coach is a title that gives you a motivator of sorts to work out with. The motivator keeps you kicking and working hard during the workout with words of encouragement and the drive to go harder in the workout.
If it keeps my wife motivated during exercise, then I bet it will keep you motivated!
I’m not sure who doesn’t have a Wii Fit anymore – but I just saw that Amazon has them on sale for $90.72. Granted I haven’t looked at Wii Fit prices in a while, but last time I did it was over a hundred.
Amazon has a deal going on right now – get both of the UBIsoft Rayman Raving Rabbids games for the price of one! Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party and Rayman Raving Rabbids, both on sale, and both a ton of fun! You know, play the game with your butt!
We just got Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip from my wife’s folks (THANK YOU, BY THE WAY!!!!) for Christmas, and we haven’t had a chance to play it yet! You know me and the snowboarding games… SSX Blur, which is $17 bucks right now, for Wii, and the all popular SSX Tricky and SSX 3 for my other favorite console, Playstation 2. Just so you know, SSX 3 for PS2 is EIGHT DOLLARS RIGHT NOW.
Have you played this? Is it awesome? Post in the comments! I have included a video from Gametrailers.com below. Check it out!
Hey, the release date for Rock Band 2 is out – December 18, they’ll be shipping the game only, and I haven’t seen the Special Package yet, although Amazon has a link for notification.
I also understand that the whole PS3/XBox 360 list of tunes will be available for the Wii via downloadable content (DLC). More on that as I get it.
I guess we’re behind the times a little here, but GHOSTBUSTERS WII!!!! Vivendi is releasing this game on June 16 of 2009, and you can guarantee that yours truly will be playing the heck out of this, as soon as it hits the house. I found a trailer of it, below, and Amazon is pre-order selling now. I know it’s Christmas and all, and it’s not coming out until next summer, but it’s Ghostbusters!
More games by Vivendi here – the Wii-only list is here. There are so many good games listed for sale by Vivendi that I wanted to include all platforms.
The Ghostbusters are back in an all-new story penned by the original creators, Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis! With Manhattan newly overrun by ghosts and other supernatural creatures, it’s up to you to take on the role of a new recruit joining the original film cast of the famous Ghostbusters team. Equipped with a variety of unique weapons and gadgets, you will hunt, fight and capture a wide range of uncanny phantasms and demons in an all new funny and frightening battle to save New York City from its latest paranormal plague. Just remember to not cross the streams!
Since I’ve been playing Wii Sports so much lately, I figured I’d post about some of the Sports Accessory Packs that have been making their rounds for retail lately. I’m still using my good ol’ sense of imagination, but who knows – perhaps Santa will be good to us this year!
Amazon’s doing this thing right now – for the next 15 days (it actually started on December 2), they’re having a new deal on games each day, with limited supply.
So far, there’s six deals, most of them pretty decent:
Trauma Center: New Blood is one of my favorite Wii games and now it is easy to make it yours thanks to Amazon’s low $19.96 price. Looks like everyone I know with a Wii is getting this game for Christmas.
NYKO’s Wireless Sensor Bar, the one that got such great reviews, is on sale at Amazon right now. Amazon has it for $15.99. Our original sensor bar died months ago, and we were forced to get a replacement, so we opted for this one. It has increased the distance you can play from the TV by about 15 feet!
