GDC 2008 to Host Three Nintendo Talks

Game Developers’ Conference Executive Director Jamil Moledina unrolled an announcement that there will be not one, not two, but three Nintendo-centric talks at this year’s conference. Brawl, Wii Fit, and WiiWare are on the agenda, and the staff at WeKnowWii is getting ready to ride the torrent of news that we know is coming about the conference this year.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl Delayed

Super Smash Bros. BrawlThe big news in the Wii world today is that the highly-anticipated Super Smash Bros. Brawl game release has been delayed until March 9th. On the game’s official site, the developers ask for your patience during the extended wait:

I deeply apologize to the people who have looked forward to playing the game for so long and ask that you hold on just a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

Hopefully good things will come to those who wait.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl Pre-Order for $19.82

Super Smash Bros. BrawlWal-Mart has Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii available for pre-order at $19.82 today. I’ve seen this at $49.99 elsewhere. Grab it while you can.

Update: The deal appears to be dead.

Update #2: As sometimes happens, this deal was too good to be true.  It was a typo on the site, and all orders at this price have been canceled.  Bummer!
